1. General Information

WebLab Studio is a digital studio operating under the company
TrendSend d.o.o., OIB: 60115183475, registered in Slavonski Brod, Republic of Croatia.

By using this website and our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Description of Services

WebLab Studio provides services including, but not limited to:

• website design and development
• e-commerce (webshop) solutions
• booking system implementation
• mobile application development
• digital marketing and advertising
• technical support and maintenance

3. Mobile Applications and Subscription Model

WebLab Studio provides mobile application development services tailored to the client’s needs.

Upon completion of the project and full settlement of all agreed obligations:

• The client obtains the right to use the application and brand it under their own name
• The application may be published on platforms such as Google Play and App Store under the client’s account

The technical infrastructure of the application (including backend systems, servers, functionalities, and maintenance) operates on a subscription-based model.

This means:

• The functionality of the application depends on an active monthly or annual subscription
• In case of non-payment, WebLab Studio reserves the right to restrict or fully suspend the application’s functionality
• All data and content within the application remain the property of the client, but access may be temporarily restricted until outstanding obligations are settled

The subscription includes:

• hosting and server infrastructure
• system maintenance and technical support
• security updates and system stability
• continuous improvements and optimization of functionalities

WebLab Studio reserves the right to use third-party technologies and platforms to provide backend infrastructure, without the obligation to disclose technical implementation details.

4. Cooperation Process

The cooperation process includes the following phases:

• initial consultation
• project definition and proposal
• design and development
• revisions
• delivery and launch

The client is responsible for providing all necessary materials and information in a timely manner to ensure the project is completed within agreed deadlines.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are defined individually through a project proposal.

• An advance payment may be required before starting the project
• The remaining balance is paid according to agreed milestones or prior to final delivery
• Maintenance services and mobile applications may include recurring monthly fees

In case of late payment, WebLab Studio reserves the right to suspend work or temporarily restrict access to services.

6. Revisions and Additional Work

The project price includes basic revisions as defined in the proposal.

Any additional work or changes beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.

7. Deadlines

Delivery timelines depend on project complexity and client cooperation.

WebLab Studio is not responsible for delays caused by:

• late delivery of materials by the client
• changes in project scope
• technical or external factors beyond our control

8. Liability

WebLab Studio makes every effort to ensure the quality and functionality of its services but does not guarantee:

• uninterrupted operation of websites or applications
• the absence of technical errors or interruptions caused by third parties

We are not liable for:

• data loss
• security incidents caused by external systems
• business losses resulting from the use of our services

9. Third-Party Services

Certain functionalities rely on third-party services, including but not limited to:

• payment gateway providers (e.g. Stripe)
• hosting providers
• analytics and marketing tools

WebLab Studio does not control and is not responsible for their terms of service or privacy policies.

10. Intellectual Property

Upon project completion and full payment:

• the client is granted the right to use the final product
• WebLab Studio reserves the right to showcase the project in its portfolio

All source code, design, and concepts remain the property of WebLab Studio unless otherwise agreed.

11. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate the cooperation at any time.

In such cases:

• the client is required to pay for all work completed up to that point
• advance payments are non-refundable

12. Confidentiality

All information exchanged during cooperation is considered confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except when necessary for service delivery.

13. Changes to Terms

WebLab Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

All changes become effective upon publication on the website.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

In case of disputes, the competent court in the Republic of Croatia shall have jurisdiction.
